BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Lets Go Surfing:

We surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson.

Sydney HeliTours:

Cancellation 24-48 hours before the flight incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hrs of the flight, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If passengers elect not to fly due to weather, but the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Rhythmboat Cruises Sydney Harbour :

Please note that once booked and paid for, 100% cancellation fees apply.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Melbourne Shopping Experiences:

1) Please advise Outlet Shopping Tours within 72 hours of a tour departure of any change or cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% 2) No-shows & tours cancelled within 48 hours of an Outlet Shopping Tour departure time will not be refunded

SNBT Tours of the Home and Away film set:

It is compulsory for the customer to reconfirm tours at least 24 hours prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. Cancellations must be in written form or via email. SNB Australia reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the following: Cancellation 48 hours - 3 days prior to departure: 25% of tour price. Cancellation 24 hours - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or no show: 100% of tour price SNB Australia reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible departure date or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Dietary requirements Important Note: If you or a member of your travel group has special dietary requirements, you MUST advise reservations at the time of booking to ensure adequate arrangements can be made to meet your needs.
